Explanation of Rental Rates
Rental Rate explanation Vehicles provide full insurance (do not cover nature disaster)
- Mandatory vehicle Liability insurance: NT$ 2.0 million per person (motorcycle only provide Mandatory vehicles liability insurance)
- Third Party liability insurance: NT$ 4.5 million (including property damage NT$ 0.5million)
- Passenger liability insurance: NT$ 2.0 million per person (refer to registration passenger carry)
- Vehicle damage insurance: Deductible NT$10,000 or NT$20,000(Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle). Total Lost insurance 10% insurance compensation salvage value or 20% insurance compensation salvage value (Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle).
- Theft insurance deductible 10% or 20% insurance compensation salvage value(Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle).But missing vehicle parts alone are not included.
- Please take care of the Vehicle and drive safely, find a safe parking place, in addition vehicle damage or stolen, Renter needs to pay for operation loss during the repair and finding vehicle duration.
- This program service only provides in renter’s optional necessary need, Pony do not force renter to purchase.
- purchase this program, any cause of accident, renter must report to the Police and obtain police report. Therefore, renter will not be responsible for the vehicle damage deductible NT$10,000 & NT$20,0000 (Listed model price over NT5,000 include Import and Electric car). Theft insurance deductible 10% or 20% insurance compensation salvage value (Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle). But missing vehicle parts alone are not included. This program does not cover total loss of vehicle (renter will need to pay 10% or20% insurance compensation salvage value and operation loss during the repair and finding vehicle duration). If there are multiple accidents occurred during rental period, this program only applies to the first accident during rental period.
- This program will be effective if the renter obtains the proof of police report. This program does not cover drinking & driving, untold vehicle damage, settle the claim on renter decision, damage caused by weather and riot.
- Vehicle damage insurance: Deductible NT$10,000 or NT$20,000(Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle). Total Lost insurance 10% insurance compensation salvage value or 20% insurance compensation salvage value (Listed car price over NT$ 5,000 include Import and electric vehicle).
- If Renter need to have a co-driver, pay additional NT$150 per co-driver each day(cannot have more than two co-drivers.) Special circumstances are required to be reviewed by service personnel.
- For this add-on program, if renter rent a vehicle for more than 15 days but less than 30 days, renter will only be charged for 15-day fees.
- Renter could only purchase this program before rental period starts. This program is only applied during the rental period on the contract. Renter will not receive a refund for early return.
- This program service provides through 2023.03.01 to 2023.12.31.Taitung, Kinmen and Penghu branches are not included in the program service.
